Here is our little 2 year old training for the major league! haha...Actually we are very proud of him and can't believe how hard and far he can hit the ball these days!! Way to go Hunter!! He hits so hard that he injured his Daddy this evening by hitting in him in the stomach and making a nice ball mark on his stomach! I wanted to post a picture of Daddy's tummy but he wasn't too excited about that! :)
And here is our other little guy we want everyone to check out! Can you tell we are proud parents?! :) Actually Peyton has just begun to coo away and he has so many expressions as he "talks" that we just had to get it on video!
Each year the ladies ministry at our church hosts a Hospitality Dinner. This was my fourth year attending and my third year in which I have participated by decorating a table. I wasn't sure I would be able to this year, but thanks to Michael and him keeping the boys and helping me get this together, I was able to participate. It was a wonderful night with a great group of ladies!
Then Hunter got to enjoy the leftovers from my table!
This is what I walked into the kitchen and found about a week ago...Hunter talking away to his little brother and Peyton just grinning from ear to ear! What sweet boys!! I just love moments like this as a mom!
So do you think you know our boys?? So many people think they know who they look like. To me, I think they look very similar to each other when they were this age. Take a look below to see who you think the pictures are of....Hunter or Peyton??#1

#2

#3

#4
And the answers are....#1 - Hunter, #2 - Peyton, #3 - Hunter, and #4 - Hunter...so do you know them as much as you thought you did?
What silly boys we have! Actually Hunter thought it was so funny that I took a picture of Peyton sticking his tongue out that he had to have a picture of him doing that as well. What are we going to do with 2 boys!?!
Each Wednesday we have been trying to get together with our friends the Millers. Hunter has enjoyed and even opened up a little more to his friend Troy. We have played at each others house and even been to the park together. One of the Wednesdays that Troy came over to play, we read a book about farm animals, made a pig puppet, and then had a pig snack (chocolate pudding - "mud" and pink/red marshmallows - "pigs"). Both boys enjoyed it but I will buy the pink marshmallows next time instead of dying the white marshmallows. Troy - I hope your teeth eventually turned back to white!
Hunter is adjusting great to being a big brother, especially because it seems that every time Peyton gets a gift, so does Hunter! Everyone has been so sweet to bring Hunter a present as well as Peyton. This is one of the gifts Hunter received - a Clemson basketball from Mrs. Lesa and her family in Fort Mill. We have never taught Hunter how to dribble, but he has had a great time proving to us that he can do it without being taught!
Although Peyton was only a little over five weeks old, Peyton had to try out a bottle to see if Mama could leave Peyton for a few hours to go to a Clemson football game. He did great but ate a lot less than we thought he would. Hunter was so excited to be a part of this big event for Peyton. What a great Big Brother! It looks as if Peyton is ready for some Mimi/Peyton time on Saturdays! :)
This was taken when Uncle "JJ" came down to meet Peyton for the first time! It is always great to have a visit from Uncle JJ!
