Hunter Goes to Dollywood

No, you are not seeing things....Hunter really is getting on a ride!! The ELEPHANTS (very similar to the Dumbo ride in Disney World)!! This was Hunter's first ride! After our trip over the mountains, we decided to go to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN. We have season tickets but have not gotten a chance to go this year. We were so excited to be able to go and to take Hunter!

It was so cute when we first got on the ride, he just kept looking around the elephant and wanting to touch everything!! He was smiling from ear to ear....then the ride began!

Actually he did a great job! Had he been able to see out of the elephant better, I believe he really would have liked it even more. He did at one point grasp my leg pretty hard, but he still didn't cry or get upset one time.

Since Hunter had to ride on the inside, it was a little difficult for Daddy to get the best pictures of Hunter on his first ride, but trust me...he was on there...can't you see his Clemson hat!
Even after the ride when we met up with Daddy, Hunter was still in a good mood and not upset. We'll have to ride again next time we come to Dollywood. Maybe Daddy can ride next time with Hunter!
