While at the Dairy Barn in Fort Mill, we found someone special....SANTA CLAUSE!!! We were wondering how it would go with Hunter but I think someone helped him out this year...Peyton! As soon as we sat Peyton in Santa's lap, it was as if Hunter knew he had to be the big brother and be okay with Santa. I was so proud...no tears this year! Hunter asked Santa for "some presents." Santa said he could definitely find some of those for him this year as long as he was a good boy!
Each of them got their own turn on Santa's lap and we even got a smile from Hunter!
Just like we did with Hunter, we took a few pictures of Peyton in Hunter's old baby Santa outfit. It was a little too big but still made for some very cute pictures!
Although we seem to pick not so great weather days to get a tree, it is always a fun adventure to the top of the mountain each year. This year we knew we wanted a little bigger tree. When standing on the side of a mountain it sure looks a lot smaller than when you get it in your living room though! It was gorgeous though and well worth the rainy trip up the mountain to search for it!
At the beginning of December, we had a wedding in Franklin, the same day in which Franklin has its annual Winter Wonderland. Michael and I stopped by on our way back to the Bowman residence on the night of Dec. 3rd and had our picture with the Grinch and Frosty. Hunter really likes to look at this picture a lot!
Our attempt at getting a picture in front of the tree after it was decorated. I can't seem to find a picture of the whole tree decorated but I will look for it and post it later. I know I took one!
