Since we had a long road ahead of us on Christmas Day and the threat of snow, we had to get up about 6:30 to get going on the day. We videoed most of the morning but here are a few pictures as well. Hunter was surprised to see that Santa got him an easel! He wasn't so sure what it was at first but after he found out what it was, he loved it!
Santa brought Hunter several accessories for his easel like chalk, white board markers, magnets, erasers, paint markers, and a huge easel paper pad!
Peyton enjoyed opening his gifts from Santa as well. Here he was opening his new Carseat Toybar. I guess Santa thought it may help him ride in the car better....so far Santa was wrong!
Hunter got a VERY cute "pack" as he called it with his name on it. Now he can be like Dora and Diego with a backpack!
Peyton liked sitting in his new bathtub duckie! I think he is going to love taking baths in there!
Like Hunter's Clemson 101 book that we bought him at Clemson University, he now has his own Clemson 101 book. We had gone to Clemson a couple of months back and took his picture around campus. Then Dada put the pictures together and made Hunter his own board book with his pictures it in! It is sooooo cute!!
Like I said with the present in Fort Mill, Hunter was a great helper and helped Mama and Dada open their gifts as well! Dada got several t-shirts, grooming supplies, a jeep that runs!, and pajama pants from the boys and Santa.
Mama got a lot of great gifts! She got a Kirk Cameron autobio, socks, peanut M&Ms, sweater, a Wii Fit, and a copy of my blog from the first year I blogged in 2008! We all had a great Christmas morning!! After opening our gifts, we had our traditional homemade doughnuts! Dada did a great job on them!!! We even got to see Pop and Grandma because Pop decided that he was not going to be able to brave the trip to Franklin the snow since he was supposed to work the next day...poor Pop!
